DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Training:

Trainings are provided in English and/or Haitian Creole, in the latest version updated at the time of the Customer's order. The version of the Training sold is indicated on the website.
Additional Coaching:
Additional Coaching is provided in return for a monthly subscription fee. This subscription may be canceled at any time. A personal Facebook and WhatsApp account are required to access the private community. Subscription includes: Access to a private support group (WhatsApp or Facebook) Messaging support (text or voice) Live or pre-recorded Q&A sessions Exclusive content available only to coaching members When answers are already provided within the Training modules, the Company reserves the right to redirect the Customer to that content.
Private groups may be segmented based on registration date or training version.
REGISTRATION AND ACCESS STATEMENTS Registration
To access the Website or some resources it offers, you may be required to register. If you sign up for a particular feature (like a Facebook Group or webinar), you may be asked to register separately.
All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe the information is false or incomplete.
